I'm a mother of five, and a nana. I enjoy my family, our pets, gardening, reading, a good stretch, and music to set the beat. I'm always keen to keep moving through various exercises, whether it be Spin Circuit, Swimming, Cycling, vibration training, Yoga, or any of the TCA classes that I can get to. I'm passionate to learn about health and wellbeing, and the USE IT OR LOSE IT motto.
I'm pleased to be a part of the TCA team, to help where I can, and to keep things movin'!
